Procedural Injustice

“Procedural Injustice: How the Practices and Procedures of the Child Welfare System Disempower Parents and Why It Matters” is an article written for the Michigan Child Welfare Law Journal by Vivek S. Sankaran, a Clinical Assistant Professor of Law at the Child Advocacy Law Clinic, University of Michigan Law School. Some of it is Michigan specific, but most of the article will be of interest to parent attorneys in general.
