Have you ever wondered why a court has to make a finding of whether “reasonable efforts” have been made? What does that mean exactly? What is the history behind this requirement? What is the power of this finding for an attorney?

Come join us for a presentation and a discussion of the questions above. Judge Richard Fitzgerald is our guest speaker. Help us with the low cost of $6.00 to defray registration expenses and snacks, coffee, and drinks. CLE hours will be available.
