Georgia Child Welfare Legal Academy

The next Legal Academy class “Reasonable Efforts Through Effective Case Planning and Implementation” will be led by Judge Michael Key on December 3, 2009, from 1:00-3:15 pm. Judge Key will teach about effective case planning as well as the required evidentiary finding of whether the agency has made reasonable efforts to reunify a family AND the evidentiary finding required to make sure reasonable efforts have been made to achieve permanency for a child/ren.  Visitation as a required part of the case plan will also be addressed.
