The Fall 2007 Parent Attorney Advocacy Committee (PAAC) meeting and Parent Attorney CLE Training took place at the Fulton County Juvenile Court from noon to five on Friday, November 30th. Five hours of CLE, including one hour of ethics, was offered. The training included a full committee meeting over lunch followed by sessions including the nuts and bolts of child welfare appeals, strategies and ethics in appeals, and an update on case law and emerging issues facing parent attorneys.
